Job Summary:
SS Hyundai Pathanamthitta is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Care Manager to lead customer relationship activities within the Sales Department. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and customer handling skills, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales team to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain customer relationship records.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and queries.
- Support sales retention and customer engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of customer handling experience.
- Automobile industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage customer relationships professionally and effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems is an advantage.
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
