Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of Customer Service experience
- Mandatory: Experience handling US-based customers/companies
- Experience in wholesale distribution, bulk orders, or inventory management
- ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, or similar)
- Strong English communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in US-aligned shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries, process wholesale orders, coordinate with warehouse teams, track shipments, manage returns/credits, and resolve order-related issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
