Key Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store KPIs through consultative, relationship-based selling.
- Build and maintain a private client book through proactive follow-ups, event invitations, and personalized service.
- Maintain pristine visual merchandising and ensure all watches are flawlessly displayed and set.
- Adhere strictly to high-value loss prevention protocols, inventory counts, and boutique security.
- Assist clients with basic watch sizing, straps, and coordinating servicing/repairs.
Qualifications
- Min 1 year experience in luxury brand preferably in watches.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- A passion for or basic knowledge of watches (movements, brands, and complications).
Location: Linking Road, Santa Cruz (West), Mumbai
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
