Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with regionalobjectives in consultation with Business Development Head. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth areas within theregion. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcareprofessionals, procurement managers, and decision-makers. Lead commercial initiatives like price negotiation, terms and contracts for strategicprojects, collaborations, and business model innovations along with cross-functionalteams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Application). Also, collaborate withinternal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to meet customerrequirements and expectations. Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to support data-driven decision-making. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical experts tostrengthen product credibility and gather clinical insights. Coordinate with KOLs fortestimonials, case studies, and participation in webinars or events to enhance brandreputation and product trust in the given portfolio. Lead and manage a team of product and application team in the region. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management,Finance, and Operations) to drive execution. Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and strategic reports to seniormanagement. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives, campaigneffectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
