We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineer with specialized expertise in CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and VMM (Vision Measuring Machine) operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all manufactured parts and components meet strict dimensional accuracies, engineering blueprints, and customer specifications.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
- Experience: [e.g., 2 to 5 years] of hands-on experience in QC, specifically operating and programming CMM and VMM.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CMM software (PC-DMIS, Calypso, etc.) and VMM software.
- Strong command over GD&T symbols and core quality tools (SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP).
- Familiarity with standard instruments (Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and good technical report writing skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
