job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager from the pharmaceutical industry to manage and oversee all HR functions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR operations within a pharma manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Handle employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, PF, ESIC, and other HR-related activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement and monitor performance management processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with HR and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, MIS, and manpower planning data.
- Work closely with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
