Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and operational skills, excellent written and verbal communication in English, and the ability to manage documentation, emails, and reports efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate backend operations and administrative tasks.
- Draft, review, and respond to professional emails and business correspondence.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation with accuracy.
- Prepare and update MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Create and edit business documents using Microsoft Word.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth workflow management.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document management activities.
- Assist in process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong email drafting and business correspondence abilities.
- Good operational and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of business processes and office administration.

- Commerce background with administrative or operations experience.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive.
