Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Create and confirm taxi bookings.
- Assign trips to drivers and coordinate trip schedules.
- Follow up with drivers regarding trip status and completion.
- Collect commission amounts from drivers after trip completion.
- Maintain booking records and daily reports.
- Identify and convert new customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with customers and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
- Support all call-related and operational activities of Velan Cabs.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English knowledge is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
