We are seeking a visionary, highly creative, and experienced Chief Interior Designer to lead our design department. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our design philosophy, overseeing projects from conceptualization to final execution. You will mentor a team of designers, manage high-profile client relationships, and ensure all projects meet the highest standards of innovation, functionality, and aesthetic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Direct and oversee the conceptualization and development of premium interior design projects (residential and commercial).
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the internal design team, fostering a collaborative environment and conducting regular design reviews.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary design point of contact for clients, presenting pitches, understanding their vision, and translating it into breathtaking spaces.
- Project Oversight: Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately executed on-time and within budget.
- Technical Excellence: Review and approve spatial layouts, detailed 2D/3D drawings, mood boards, material specifications, and estimation sheets.
- Material & Vendor Management: Source and select premium materials, fixtures, and furnishings; maintain and expand relationships with top-tier vendors and artisans.
- Trend Innovation: Stay ahead of global design trends, sustainable practices, and innovative materials to keep the firm at the forefront of the industry.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity, spatial awareness, and a diverse range of successfully executed projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Leadership & Communication: Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to lead teams and manage client expectations.
- Project Acumen: Strong understanding of construction detailing, material behavior, MEP integration, and site execution workflows.
