Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process excellence through ISO standards, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Quality Management Systems (QMS). This role will focus on optimizing business processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Drive process improvement and operational excellence across functions.
- Standardize and govern SOPs and quality management systems.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor operational KPIs and quality metrics.
- Partner with department heads to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance client experience.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process innovation.
- Lead cross-functional improvement and change management projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Quality, or Continuous Improvement.
- Experience in implementing ISO/QMS in a service-based organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to professional services, BPO/KPO, financial services, or consulting environments is preferred.
