Key Responsibilities
- Teach English language and literature to students effectively
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments as per curriculum requirements
- Encourage students to develop reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Organize classroom activities, presentations, and language development programs
- Collaborate with other teachers and school management for academic improvement
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, and training programs
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English or relevant discipline
- B.Ed. qualification preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a school environment is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management abilities
