- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in CNC machining, production, or manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Engineer
- Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor machine utilization and production efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
CNC Machine Operator
- Set up and operate CNC Turning, VMC, or CNC Milling machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Load raw materials and monitor machining operations.
- Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and Dial Gauges.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and report machine issues promptly.
- Maintain housekeeping and follow safety guidelines in the work area.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi CNC controls.
- Understanding of GD&T and machining tolerances.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming is an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
