Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Junior UI/UX Designer with a strong interest in user-centered design. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or designers with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to creating intuitive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Support user research and usability testing activities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and product teams
- Maintain consistency with brand and design guidelines
- Incorporate feedback to improve design quality
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends and tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to create wireframes and simple prototypes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Portfolio (academic, personal, or internship projects acceptable)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Internship or academic project experience in UI/UX
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- Awareness of accessibility basics
