Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects
from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics,
space planning, and project management experience, along with the ability to guide a team of
junior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end design projects — from client briefing, concept development, and
material selection to execution and handover.
2. Create detailed layout plans, 3D renders, and mood boards as per client
requirements.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
4. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure design
quality and timelines are maintained.
5. Review drawings, BOQs, and project documentation before execution.
6. Manage and mentor junior designers, ensuring design consistency and
innovation.
7. Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technology to bring fresh ideas
to projects.
8. Conduct site visits and supervise ongoing projects to maintain design intent and
quality standards.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
2. 3-6 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in residential
and commercial turnkey projects.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing executed projects and design versatility.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
