Handle vehicle insurance renewals, new insurance policies, and policy documentation.
Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and internal sales/service teams.
Provide insurance quotations and explain policy benefits, coverage, and terms to customers.
Process insurance claims and assist customers with claim-related documentation.
Maintain records of insurance policies, payments, renewals, and claim status.
Follow up with customers for policy renewals and pending documents.
Ensure timely submission of insurance proposals and claim requests.
Coordinate with surveyors and insurance representatives for smooth claim processing.
Achieve insurance sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with company and insurance regulations.
