Job Title : Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
