Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific business needs. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing principles.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Production Planning modules to optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP PP environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP PP and other enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and process efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
