Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong enterprise relationships, and expand our market presence across cybersecurity, compliance, and digital transformation services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong corporate and enterprise sales experience, consultative selling skills, and a proven track record in IT services or cybersecurity solution sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for cybersecurity and digital solutions.
2. Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise opportunities across target industries.
3. Build and manage relationships with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Compliance Heads, and procurement teams.
4. Generate leads through networking, strategic partnerships, events, references, and outbound activities.
5. Prepare business proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
6. Work closely with technical and delivery teams to design client-focused solutions.
7. Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
8. Develop account growth strategies and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
9. Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools.
10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
11. Track market trends, competition, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
2. MBA preferred.
3. 2–5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales/business development in IT services or cybersecurity.
4. Strong understanding of cybersecurity and compliance landscape.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
6. Strong network within enterprise and mid-market segments.
7. Ability to independently manage strategic accounts and large deals.
10. Experience in proposal creation, bid management, and contract discussions.
11. Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
