We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products or services. Your main duties will include:
- Contacting potential customers by telephone to introduce them to our products or services and explain the benefits.
- Following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns or other sources to convert them into sales.
- Maintaining accurate records of all calls and sales, and updating our customer database accordingly.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to customers before and after the sale.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
