Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and execution-focused professional to join the Founder's Office. This role will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to drive day-to-day operations, manage strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure business priorities are executed efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities*
Work closely with the Founder on daily business operations and strategic projects.
*Coordinate across departments including Operations, Marketing, HR, Sales, and Finance.
Track business goals, project timelines, and key deliverables.
Drive follow-ups and ensure timely completion of tasks across teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and meeting summaries.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Conduct market, competitor, and business research as required.
Support business expansion, new initiatives, and special projects.
Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs and operational processes.
Act as a central point of coordination between the Founder and internal stakeholders.
*Requirements*
2+ years of experience in Founder's Office, Business Operations, Project Management, Strategy, or a similar role.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High ownership and execution mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
