Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & On boarding: Oversee hiring processes, source candidates, conduct interviews, manage new hire orientation, and maintain records.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, manage conflicts, foster engagement, and implement referral programs.
- Performance Management: Implement performance review systems (e.g., quarterly/annual), assess training needs, and coordinate development initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design packages, administer benefits, and support payroll functions.
- Compliance & Policy: Develop and update HR policies, ensure adherence to labor laws, and manage HR software/systems.
- HR Operations: Manage HR records, oversee daily department activities, and handle exit interviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in HR, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in both HR and accounting functions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
