Position: Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO / AEO / GEO

Experience:2–5 Years

Location: Trichy (On-site)

Salary:₹2 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Based on experience, skills, and performance)

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Plan and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Perform keyword research, content mapping, and competitor analysis.
Conduct technical SEO audits, including site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexing, and schema implementation.
Improve organic rankings and website traffic through proven SEO practices.
Develop backlink acquisition and internal linking strategies.
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

Optimize content for Featured Snippets and "People Also Ask" results.
Implement FAQ, How-To, and other structured data (Schema Markup).
Optimize content for voice search and conversational queries.
Create concise, intent-focused answers that improve answer engine visibility.
Structure content for maximum discoverability across modern search experiences.
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
Create entity-rich, authoritative content following Google's E-E-A-T principles.
Develop AI-friendly content structures using headings, tables, FAQs, and semantic organization.
Increase brand visibility across trusted sources referenced by AI models, including Reddit, Quora, industry publications, and authoritative websites.
Stay updated with emerging AI search trends and implement innovative optimization strategies.
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of modern SEO concepts and best practices.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and leading SEO tools.
Knowledge of Schema Markup and Technical SEO.
Experience in content optimization and AI-assisted search strategies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage SEO campaigns and deliver measurable organic growth.
