Job Role:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day work in our machine shop. You should know how to handle machines like Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinding, and VMC.
Responsibility:
- Supervise daily production work through motivating workers.
- Check machines and workers performance
- Make sure work is done on time and with good quality & quantity
- Follow safety and cleanliness rules
- Help and train machine operators
- Prepare daily reports and share updates
Eligible Applicants:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or similar
- 3–5 years of machine shop experience
- Must know how to use Lathe, Milling, Grinding, and VMC machines
- Able to guide a team and solve small problems
- Can read technical drawings
Salary: As per the candidate’s experience and interview
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
