Zepfly is looking for a Business Development Executive who understands Upwork lead generation, proposal writing, client acquisition, and B2B sales for digital services.
This is NOT a generic sales role.
We want someone who can:
- generate leads through Upwork
- write winning proposals
- close service-based deals
- think strategically about growth
- help scale revenue aggressively
If you have experience managing Upwork profiles, closing projects, or handling outbound B2B sales, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Upwork profiles
- Send high-converting proposals
- Identify high-ticket project opportunities
- Handle client communication and follow-ups
- Build outreach systems for B2B lead generation
- Work closely with the founder on growth strategy
- Track sales pipeline and revenue targets
- Help build SOPs for sales and business development
- Assist in scaling Zepfly from startup stage to consistent monthly revenue growth
Requirements
- Experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation
- Strong English communication skills
- Understanding of B2B sales processes
- Ability to write personalized proposals
- Confidence in client calls and negotiations
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or software services
- Self-driven and growth-oriented mindset
Preferred:
- Experience selling SaaS or software subscriptions
- Experience handling junior team members or interns
- Understanding of outbound sales systems
