Experience Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in the EdTech, Education, Training, or Skill Development industry.
Proven experience in creating high-performing content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, student engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Develop reels, short-form videos, ad creatives, captions, and educational content.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and academic teams to create admission-focused campaigns.
Plan and execute content calendars and content strategies.
Capture and showcase student success stories, campus activities, and healthcare industry insights.
Monitor content performance and optimize for better engagement and conversions.
Requirements
Strong content writing and storytelling skills.
Basic video shooting and editing skills.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Administration / Mass Communication / Journalism / Allied Health preferred)
