Wedding Decor Production Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Event Production Planning
- Understand the event brief, theme, and client requirements.
- Prepare execution plans and production timelines for every event.
- Coordinate with the design and planning teams before execution.
2. Vendor & Team Management
- Manage decorators, fabricators, florists, electricians, carpenters, and other production vendors.
- Allocate manpower and supervise on-site teams.
- Ensure vendors meet quality and timeline expectations.
3. Material & Inventory Management
- Plan and arrange all décor materials required for events.
- Monitor inventory of props, furniture, fabrics, lights, flowers, and décor accessories.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, and storage of materials.
- Report damaged or missing inventory after every event.
4. Site Execution
- Reach the venue before the team and oversee the complete setup.
- Ensure décor is executed exactly as per the approved design.
- Conduct quality checks throughout installation.
- Handle last-minute changes efficiently.
5. Budget Control
- Monitor production expenses within the allocated budget.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Maintain records of production costs for each event.
6. Logistics Coordination
- Plan transportation of décor materials and equipment.
- Coordinate vehicle movement and loading schedules.
- Ensure timely arrival of all materials at the venue.
7. Quality Assurance
- Maintain high standards of finishing and presentation.
- Ensure safety standards during installation.
- Verify lighting, floral arrangements, structures, and props before handover.
8. Client & Planner Coordination
- Coordinate with the wedding planner and client during setup.
- Address production-related concerns professionally.
- Provide progress updates to the management team.
9. Team Leadership
- Train and motivate the production crew.
- Assign responsibilities clearly.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism among the team.
10. Event Closure
- Supervise dismantling after the event.
- Ensure all company assets are returned safely.
- Prepare post-event reports, including inventory status and production observations.
Pay: ₹12,655.18 - ₹25,000.00 per month
