Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Microsoft 365 Pre-Sales Specialist to drive customer engagement, solution positioning, and business growth across enterprise clients. In this strategic role, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating customer business requirements into Microsoft 365 solutions that deliver measurable value. You will collaborate closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to design winning proposals, conduct impactful demonstrations, and accelerate deal closures.
Your ability to combine technical expertise with strong business acumen will help customers adopt modern workplace and security solutions while maximizing ROI and ensuring long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Discovery:
Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand business needs, IT landscape, and key challenges, translating them into solution opportunities.
- Solution Design & Value Positioning:
Design Microsoft 365 solutions aligned to customer use cases and articulate business value (productivity, security, compliance, cost optimisation).
Work closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities, drive sales acceptance leads (SALs), and support deal closures.
Deliver compelling product demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) across workloads such as Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and Purview.
- Proposal & RFP Management:
Prepare solution proposals, scope-of-work (SOW), and responses to RFPs including architecture, licensing, and implementation approach.
- Licensing & Commercial Alignment:
Provide Microsoft 365 licensing guidance (E3/E5/F3, add-ons) aligned to customer requirements and budget considerations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal delivery, solution architects, and Microsoft teams to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and alignment of proposed solutions.
- Market & Competitive Understanding:
Stay updated on Microsoft offerings, competitor solutions, and industry trends to position solutions effectively.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions
- Knowledge of Zero Trust frameworks and modern workplace solutions
- Experience in handling enterprise RFPs and bid management
- Basic knowledge of Azure services and integrations
- Microsoft Certifications (MS-900, MS-102, SC-900, etc.)
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Technical Sales
- Experience in engaging enterprise customers and driving solution-led sales
- Strong exposure to demos, POCs, and proposal creation
