Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Supervisor for our textile showroom at Palarivattom & Edapally. The candidate should be capable of handling floor operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily showroom floor activities
- Manage and guide sales staff
- Ensure proper customer handling and support
- Monitor product display and stock arrangement
- Achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain discipline and smooth workflow in the showroom
- Coordinate with management regarding floor operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in textile showroom/sales supervision
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage staff and customers efficiently
- Basic knowledge of textile products and showroom operations
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
