Job Summary:
The Bell Boy is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities
- Deliver messages, parcels, and guest requests promptly
- Coordinate with the Front Office team for guest movements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Arrange transportation/taxi services for guests when required
- Handle guest queries and provide basic hotel information
- Ensure proper tagging and handling of guest luggage
- Support other departments during peak hours if required
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Diploma in Hotel Management preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in hotel/hospitality industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of English and local language
- Physically fit to handle luggage
- Well-groomed and presentable
