Our platform offers solutions for admissions, attendance, fee management, examinations, communication, transport, HR, payroll, and more. *Position: Assistant Sales Manager* We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, building relationships with schools, and helping expand the reach of uTab Educational ERP across educational institutions. *Key Responsibilities* Identify and generate new business opportunities in schools, colleges, and institutes. Conduct product presentations and live demos of the uTab Educational ERP platform. Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, directors, and management teams. Handle inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures of sales opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company. Coordinate with technical and support teams for successful onboarding of clients. Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and daily activity reports. Participate in education expos, seminars, and marketing campaigns. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable ERP solutions. *Required Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, EdTech, or software sales. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Knowledge of School ERP or educational software will be preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online meeting platforms. *Preferred Candidate Profile* Experience in institutional or education sector sales. Self-motivated and energetic personality. Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos.
