Key Responsibilities
1. Tendering & Vendor Management
· Support tendering, technical bid evaluation, and contractor finalization.
· Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and site feasibility.
· Identify project risks and execution requirements before project award.
2. Project Planning
· Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones.
· Track daily progress and implement recovery plans for delays.
· Coordinate procurement activities with the execution schedule.
3. Site Execution
· Manage day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
· Monitor quality, productivity, safety, and project timelines.
· Ensure timely completion of all interior fitouts and MEP activities.
4. Design & MEP Coordination
· Coordinate with Architects and MEP Consultants for technical clarifications.
· Resolve site issues and ensure design compliance.
· Verify site conditions before implementing design revisions.
5. Quality & Safety
· Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and EHS requirements.
· Conduct inspections and monitor closure of quality observations and snag items.
6. Project Monitoring & Reporting
· Track project progress against approved schedules.
· Conduct weekly site review meetings with stakeholders.
· Submit daily and weekly progress reports to management.
7. Commercial Management
· Conduct joint measurements and verify executed quantities.
· Certify contractor bills and validate variation of claims.
· Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
8. Documentation & Compliance
· Maintain all project records, approvals, and site documentation.
· Ensure timely submission of RFIs, MOMs, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
· Support testing, commissioning, handover, and DLP activities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
