Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and Admin & Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our team. The Admin/HR Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day Admin operations & HR roles, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting recruitment efforts, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, compensation, etc.).
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Participate in performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Additional :
- Office Management: Maintaining, ordering, and inventorying office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Communication Handling: Managing incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and mail, serving as the first point of contact.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Organizing meetings, appointments, events, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Documentation & Records: Creating, filing, and updating documents, reports, invoices, and records.
- Facility Coordination: Arranging office maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and security.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
