Job Summary.
The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to end-users on a variety of desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripheral devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and networking concepts.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
Install and configure new hardware and software
Perform routine maintenance on desktop and laptop computers
Document all support tickets and resolutions
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends
Understanding of Windows operating systems
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Basic networking knowledge
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Experience - 3+ Years
