Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for multiple clients and internal requirements.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and networking.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Manage bulk hiring and niche hiring requirements efficiently.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates for interview follow-ups and feedback.
- Ensure timely closures within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and recruitment associates.
- Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring status updates.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring strategies.
- Expertise in sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment MIS, and ATS/CRM tools.
- Leadership and team-handling capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in consultancy/recruitment firm preferred.
- Strong exposure to IT and Non-IT hiring will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹13,114.77 - ₹30,000.00 per month
