Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee routine biochemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, and urine analysis tests
- Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and sample traceability
- Train and guide junior lab technicians
- Monitor equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, and the front desk for test clarifications
- Maintain stock and inventory records

Qualifications
- DMLT / B.Sc. MLT (required), M.Sc. MLT or related specialization (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a clinical lab
- Familiarity with automated analyzers, centrifuges, and microscopy
- Experience with NABL documentation/process is a plus
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
