Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
- Generate leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Meet prospective buyers and investors to understand their requirements.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property prices.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to close deals.

Pay: ₹14,212.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
