- Make outbound calls to researchers who have submitted papers or shown interest in conferences
- Convert leads for conferences
- Pitch author services including publication support, indexing assistance, and related services
- Handle domestic international prospects and close deals
- Maintain a high conversion ratio from lead → prospect → registration
