Role Summary- Hybrid Model
We are hiring a Customer Success Executive (Fresher) to support customer onboarding, engagement, retention, and satisfaction. The role focuses on resolving customer queries, driving product adoption, collecting feedback, and identifying upsell opportunities while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates who have strong communication skills, are customer-centric, and eager to learn SaaS/product support environments.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Customer Retention & Proactive Engagement
- Respond to customer queries via calls, chat, and email in a timely manner
- Proactively engage customers to ensure smooth product usage
- Share product updates, announcements, and feature releases with customers
- Collect feedback and ensure concerns are tracked and resolved
2. Customer Onboarding & Feature Adoption
- Assist customers with onboarding and account setup
- Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and tutorials
- Help customers understand features and best practices
- Support demo account setup and configuration
3. Support & Issue Resolution
- Handle support tickets and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with Product/Tech teams for escalations
- Ensure faster resolution and first-contact closure whenever possible
- Maintain detailed ticket documentation
4. Upselling & Cross-Selling Support
- Identify customer needs and potential upgrade opportunities
- Generate qualified leads for the Customer Success/ Sales team
- Share relevant product features that add value to customers
5. Product & Domain Knowledge
- Quickly learn product features and workflows
- Stay updated on new releases and enhancements
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers
