We are looking for a highly organized and proactive CRE to join our team. will be responsible for fulfilling online orders from the website maintaining regular communication with existing clients, informing them about new products, and playing a cross-functional role in corporate client outreach. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining an accurate database, following company SOPs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and fulfill online order.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product dispatch and delivery.
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery updates, and any issues.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
