About Clicksy Studio
Clicksy Studio is a creative production house specializing in photography, videography, branding, social media content, influencer campaigns, and digital marketing for brands across fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, and corporate sectors.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can generate leads, build partnerships, and grow Clicksy Studio into a leading content production agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new business leads.
- Plan and manage social media marketing campaigns for Clicksy Studio.
- Create and oversee email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and outbound outreach.
- Build relationships with agencies, brands, influencers, and corporate clients.
- Identify partnership opportunities with advertising agencies and marketing firms.
- Manage website SEO and content marketing initiatives.
- Run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Track marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on ROI.
- Coordinate with the photography, videography, and design teams for promotional content.
- Attend networking events and industry meetups to generate business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM and lead pipeline while working closely with the sales team.
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance and business growth. These responsibilities align with common marketing manager roles involving strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or agency marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Experience with social media strategy and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation.
- Basic understanding of photography/video production is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
