JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and implement product training programs for immigration services (study visa, orientation of new employees)
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees (visa counsellors, Telecallers, case processing staff).
- Develop structured learning modules, training manuals, and SOPs.
- Deliver classroom, online, and practical training sessions. Provide training on country-specific immigration rules, documentation, and policies.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in client documentation processes.
- Assess trainee performance through tests, evaluations, and feedback.
- Identify skill gaps and design improvement programs.
- Person must be from immigration industry.
