Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Clinical Coordinator to join our fertility healthcare team in Peelamedu, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should be a qualified BHMS doctor with strong communication and patient counseling skills. Candidates with prior IVF or fertility treatment experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage patient consultations, follow-ups, and treatment schedules.
- Counsel patients regarding fertility treatments, procedures, and medication protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Assist consultants in ensuring smooth clinical operations.
- Coordinate with nursing, embryology, and administrative teams for seamless patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and provide timely updates to the treating doctor.
- Handle patient queries and provide appropriate guidance throughout the treatment journey.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- BHMS qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid Doctor Registration Certificate is mandatory.
- 3 to 8 years of clinical experience.
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
- Good documentation and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Prior experience in IVF/Fertility healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Experience in patient counseling and clinical coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
