Key Responsibilities
- Research global streetwear and fashion trends.
- Create original concepts and seasonal collections.
- Design oversized t-shirts, hoodies, cargos, denim, jackets, and other streetwear products.
- Develop detailed tech packs for production.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for sampling and production.
- Select fabrics, trims, prints, washes, and embellishments.
- Conduct fit sessions and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams for campaign concepts.
- Ensure all designs align with the DIFFER brand identity.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in fashion design.
- Strong understanding of streetwear fashion and youth culture.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Experience creating tech packs and managing sampling.
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fits, and production processes.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with streetwear, luxury streetwear, or contemporary fashion brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing apparel collections and completed products.
- Understanding of garment washes, embroidery, screen printing, puff printing, and premium trims.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
