Requirement for Event Coordinator

Responsibilities and Duties:
Willing to travel outstation for events and weddings for meetings and events
- Efficiently arranging and executing Meetings and Conferences
- Coordinating with Multiple Vendor Partners toward successfully completing the events
- Taking care of end-to-end requirements for completion of the event
- Willing to travel - Outstation.
Requirements :
- A minimum of 1 Year experience as an Events Coordinator or freshers may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Communication and marketing skills.
- Strong learning curve and Confidence to take ownership.
- Fluent in English with any additional South Indian Language.
- Knowledge of MS Office added advantage.
Job Role of Event Coordinator:
- Should love everything about weddings and be a people person.
- Will be engaging with clients to make their dream come true!
- Should have knowledge of excel and amazing PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Prepare Proposal and Budgets for Events
- Manage all Pre and Post event planning
- As an Event Coordinator, you will be oversee and organize events in Southern Part of India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala). Having fluency in speaking local language would be an added benefit, however it is not a mandatory requirement.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
