We are looking for energetic and presentable event promotion representative for a month-long event marketing campaign at BKC, Mumbai. This role ideal for candidates looking for consistent short-term to mid-term work with a professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with target audiences including businesses, buyers and local communities
- Conduct outreach calls to introduce the event and invite participation
- Follow up with prospects via WhatsApp, calls, email and in-person visits
- Visit markets, business associations and commercial hubs in the area
- Build relationships with local networks and groups on behalf of the brand
- Clearly explain the event concept and its benefits to potential attendees
- Support event coordination and audience handling on ground
- Maintain daily activity records and share updates with the team
Skills Required
- Strong communication and public interaction skills are a must have
- Languages: English, Hindi & Marathi (all three preferred)
- Confident, presentable and well-groomed personality
- Comfortable with field work, travel and coordination
- Basic smartphone proficiency for WhatsApp and reporting
Eligibility
- 0–3 years of experience
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
- Willing to travel locally within Mumbai
- Energetic, punctual and well-organised
