Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional like Monita Patel, who can independently manage premium residential interior projects while taking ownership of client relationships, project execution, networking, and business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong design sensibility along with the ability to represent the company professionally, build long-term client relationships, and contribute towards expanding the company's business.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Execution
- Lead complete interior design projects from concept to final handover.
- Understand client requirements, prepare layouts, design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
- Conduct client presentations and obtain design approvals.
- Coordinate with execution teams, vendors, architects, consultants, and site engineers.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines while maintaining company quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve design and execution-related issues.
Client Relationship Management
- Handle premium residential clients independently.
- Build trust through excellent communication and professional consultation.
- Provide end-to-end client support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Business Development & Networking
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, developers, channel partners, and influencers.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Represent Visual Vibrations Pvt. Ltd. at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
- Assist the sales team in converting design enquiries into confirmed projects.
Marketing & Brand Representation
- Collaborate with the marketing team for project showcases, social media content, and client testimonials.
- Participate in promotional activities and branding initiatives.
- Represent the company with professionalism during client interactions and public events.
Process Management
- Follow company SOPs and project management procedures.
- Maintain BOQs, quotations, project documentation, and design records.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely execution.
- Submit regular project updates and reports to management.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Strong client handling and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in luxury residential interiors and modular furniture.
- Knowledge of project costing, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Strong networking and business development capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Leadership qualities with excellent team coordination skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

Pay: ₹10,805.59 - ₹45,663.93 per month
