Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Dehradun. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing profiles and posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and preparing regular performance reports. The Social Media Manager will stay updated on trends, experiment with new formats and tools, and support broader marketing initiatives that drive customer traffic and brand awareness.
Qualifications
We are looking for Social Media Manager for our Looks Salon & Academy located at Dehradun.
Proven experience in Social Media Marketing for at least 1 year.
Strong Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning and platform management.
Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand goals.
Experience with Social Media Optimization (SMO) to improve reach, engagement, and performance.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, compelling, and consistent messaging.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic data interpretation to guide decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple brands or pages.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
