Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice) – Night Shift
Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM / 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic candidate to support restaurant merchants with onboarding, menu updates, customer queries and basic technical assistance across our POS and Online Ordering platforms.
Freshers and candidates with Voice/Non-Voice/BPO experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Support merchant onboarding and menu updates.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting for POS and online ordering.
- Monitor orders and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely customer support.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in Voice Process, Non-Voice Process, Customer Support, Technical Support, BPO, Chat Support, or Email Support.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
