As the first of its kind in the area, the facility integrates a multispeciality clinic, a pathology laboratory with home collection services, and a pharmacy.
Stela Healthcare is dedicated to bridging the healthcare gap in the Amdanga region. Our facility provides comprehensive services including General Medicine, Paediatrics, Gynaecology, and Orthopaedics, alongside advanced diagnostic tools like ECG, EEG, and Holter Monitoring. We pride ourselves on a holistic approach to patient care, supported by our in-house pharmacy and modern pathology lab.
The Role:
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and increase patient footfall. You will be the face of Stela Healthcare in the local community, promoting our unique "one-stop" healthcare model to residents and referral networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Outreach: Organize and manage free health camps, school workshops, and local awareness programs in and around Amdanga.
- Referral Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, community leaders, and healthcare workers to drive referrals.
- Digital Presence: Manage our Google Business Profile and social media (Facebook/Instagram) to share health tips and patient success stories.
- Service Promotion: Develop and execute campaigns for our pharmacy discounts (e.g., 15% off) and pathology home collection services. Home physiotherapy service. Onsite and at home ECG service, etc.
- Market Research: Monitor local healthcare trends and competitor activities to optimize our service offerings.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate or MBA in Marketing.
- Experience: 1–3 years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic marketing preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Bengali is essential for local community engagement; English and Hindi are a plus.
- Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the North 24 Parganas region and community habits.
- Attributes: Excellent communication skills, empathetic personality, and a results-driven mindset.
