EXECUTIVE/LEAD – FINANCE & ACCOUNTS (Open for immediate joining)
A. Academic Qualification – The candidate may be a semi qualified or unqualified individual, with commerce background
B. Location of Work – Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bangalore
C. Role and Position – Executive/ Lead role in Finance and Accounts.
D. Relevant Experience – Around 1 to 4 years for Executive and around 3 to 6 years for Lead. Experience in accounting firm or company, handling client servicing would be considered relevant experience.
E. Job Description –
1. Handling servicing activities related to finance and accounts,
2. Handling client servicing activities related to compliances and payroll
3. Performing accounting and bookkeeping activities
4. Preparation & finalization of financial statements
5. Perform accounting of sales and managing accounts receivables or sundry debtors
6. Perform accounting of purchases and managing Accounts Payables or Sundry Creditors
7. Perform accounting of expenses, overseeing writing cheques and making payments to vendors & suppliers
8. Managing cash and bank accounts including bank reconciliations
9. Managing fixed asset register and depreciation
10. Perform payroll, employee benefits and reimbursements and taxation
11. Management of TDS, GST Profession Tax, Provident Fund and ESI matters
12. Preparation of budgets and MIS Reports for clients
F. Knowledge and Skills required –
1. Sound knowledge of corporate accounting practices, procedures and policies
2. Knowledge, experience and passion for Client servicing
3. Knowledge and experience in industries like Services, Trading or Manufacturing
4. Abilities to multitask and handle multiple clients
5. Abilities to plan work and execute the client deliverables
6. Presentable and good communication skills, both oral and written
7. Pro-active, dynamic, energetic and go-getter
G. Software and Accounting Packages –
1. Working experience in Tally or Quick-books or other similar ERP
2. Expertise in handling MS Excel, MSWord and MS Outlook
3. Familiar with handling online bank payments, RTGS, NEFT K.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
